StarAdvertiser and Ben Jay new AD

Whatever you heard about this man, it couldn't be different from all the other comments you've already heard in the news.  He took over the AD department at UH and it was pointed out that his salary is about $200,000 dollars per year. Norm Chow's salary said to come in at $500,000 with incentives if he wins and gets to a bowl appearance. How can one man take over a show, when the salary cap for athletics is somewhat misleading. For example, they mentioned graduation requirements in many of their articles. But statistics show, the scores coming out of High School for these athletes also for some, fall way short of necessary standards set by the state.  It was mentioned how do you suppose these athletes/students get by with such repretoire?
